Brewery X (“us”, “we”, or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of this website (“the Site”) and the services provided through the Site (the “Services”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.

2. NOTICE CONCERNING UNDERAGE USERS.

What information do we collect about you and why?
Sensitive Personal Information: Some PII is "Sensitive Personal Information" or "SPI." This includes items like social security numbers, login information, financial information, precise geolocation information, information on your racial or ethnic origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, biometric or genetic information that can be used to identify you, or other personal information like sexual orientation. However, this does not include anything that you have posted online for the general public to see, or is otherwise publicly available.

How Long Do We Typically Retain your Personal Information?
While it may differ depending on your relationship with us and your use of the service, we will typically retain your information for the duration of our business relationship, unless we are instructed by you to delete your information, a period of 1 year goes by since you have last utilized our service, or we are otherwise required to delete your information under law. Nonetheless, some information may be deleted from our servers when they no longer become relevant to your continued relationship with us, for example, if you delete your account from our website, we may no longer retain your personal information.
Brewery X reserves the rights to retain information as necessary to improve the Services and respond to legal requests. You may have the opportunity to opt-out of certain communications and modify any demographic information you've provided. Please be aware this may take several hours to be reflected.
Upon an event requiring deletion of your account data under law, Brewery X deletes all the above-mentioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe. Brewery X does not verify the correctness of personal data.
In some cases, we may not be able to delete your personal information, and will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We take reasonable steps and appropriate measures to protect data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Please note that some data may be retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce Brewery X's user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Service.
California Resident Protections
California Do Not Track Disclosures
California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how a website operator responds to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser settings. DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked, such as by third party ad networks, social networks and analytic companies. We do not currently take actions to respond to DNT signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We may then respond to you by email, to verify your identity with us through the form located at https://www.brewery-x.com/donotsellmypersonalinformation before responding to a request by your agent. We will need your Name, email address, and confirmation that you live within California to respond to your request. If you have purchased one of our homes, we may also require that you provide us with your physical address. Alternatively, if you have done business as an individual or as a partnership with us, we may request confirmation of this as well. These requests are free, and requests to disclose information may be made twice a year, though we reserve the right to implement a reasonable fee for excessive or complex requests you may submit. We may not be able to oblige all requests, as we are prohibited from disclosing some personal information.
We cannot treat you differently due your exercise of these rights. If you wish, you can also designate a third party to make requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act on your behalf by appointing an authorized agent as described above.
